Job Overview:
As an FP&amp;A Manager, GTM Finance &mdash; Credit Products, you will focus on the credit business by partnering with Sales, Legal, Product, Credit Risk, and Capital Markets to model pricing, evaluate profitability, and structure deals that win business while protecting unit economics. You'll flex in on debit and prepaid as needed, but credit is where you'll spend the majority of your time.</div>
 <div><ul><li>Responsibilities: Serve as the financial partner to Sales on live credit deals &mdash; modeling the full economic stack: interchange, finance charges, fees, rewards costs, cost of funds, expected losses, network fees, and sponsor bank revenue share

Accountable for All Corporate FP&amp;A Outputs
<ul>
<li>Review and approve all deliverables before distribution to the CFO, department heads, or external parties. The review is a quality gate &mdash; not a rebuild. If systematic rebuilding is required, that is a performance or process issue to address directly.</li>
<li>Own the quality standard: zero unexplained variances in any output bearing the Corp FP&amp;A name.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Accountable for the delivery and quality of our financial review products and cadence with the CFO, ELT and Investors.</li>
<li>Annual Operating Plan: lead the full AOP process &mdash; kick off, set the timeline, chair the department challenge conversations, present the consolidated P&amp;L to the CFO. The Senior IC builds the consolidated P&amp;L; the Lead presents it.</li>

Team &amp; Process Ownership

<li>Own the FP&amp;A close calendar and close playbook: set the deadlines, enforce them, and improve the timeline every quarter.</li>
<li>Design and maintain the close calendar from the FP&amp;A standpoint, reporting cadences, and standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Manage, develop, and performance-review the Senior IC and Junior IC. Weekly 1:1s with each.</li>

<li>Manage the model integration and data handoff process with the Strategic Finance team</li>

Qualifications</h2>
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive FP&amp;A or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.</li><li>
Background in professional services, PE-backed platforms, or multi-entity / multi-location businesses strongly preferred.</li></ul>
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Expert-level financial modeling in Excel; ability to build dynamic, audit-ready models from scratch.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan, or equivalent) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>
Strong command of GAAP, financial statement drivers, and operational metrics relevant to services businesses.</li></ul>
People Skills<ul><li>

This is an on-site position based at Current&rsquo;s corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida, with hybrid flexibility offered at the company&rsquo;s discretion. Candidates must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Tampa Bay area. Core collaboration hours follow Eastern Time (ET) to support firm leadership and cross-functional coordination with the broader Current finance team.
This role is member firm-facing and requires frequent travel. Candidates should expect to travel approximately 30-40% of the time, including regular visits to member firms across the region to support business partnering, onboarding, and M&amp;A integration activity. Candidates must be comfortable with a travel schedule that varies by quarter based on business needs.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
