 The Head of Strategic Finance is a new role on the Mammoth Brands finance leadership team, based in New York City. Reporting directly to the Mammoth Brands CFO, Jeff Lipkin, this person will serve as a trusted partner across some of our most important financial decisions &mdash; from capital markets and financing and M&amp;A execution to external investor positioning/story telling, Board material generation along with driving ad hoc Mammoth Brands CEO-driven growth initiatives.

Position Overview

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

 The company has built a strong and defensible position in its niche, serving a portfolio of well-known, mission-driven institutions. At circa $70M ARR with circa 100 employees, it operates with the discipline and efficiency of a much leaner business, and carries very healthy EBITDA margins that speak to the quality of the underlying model. The business is backed by a hands-on growth equity firm with deep PE heritage and active board involvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, with full ownership of the FP&amp;A function. The mandate spans long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, board-level reporting, and the strategic finance work required to support an active M&amp;A agenda and eventual exit preparation.
 
 
 
 
 
 There is no established FP&amp;A infrastructure to step into. This is a role for someone who is energised by building, who can create processes, cadences, and analytical frameworks from the ground up, and who is comfortable operating as a close partner to the CFO and broader leadership team in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

 The Profile
