<p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY</b></p><p>The Franchise Business Coach is a key player on the Franchise Support team who serves as a business consultant to new franchise owners and their staff. The individual in this role leads field support efforts and maximizes success of each new franchise owner. The Franchise Business coach is responsible for the development and ongoing progress of every designated owner to enable achievement of their business results. This team member works to continually develop and enhance working relationships with each owner, build continual credibility and confidence in their mutual communications and coach owners in all areas of their FirstLight Home Care business. The Franchise Business Coach serves as the &ldquo;frontline&rdquo; operational support resource for every designated owner and is directly accountable for business results.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><p>Essential job duties include the following items. Other duties must be performed as necessary or assigned.</p><p>▪ Coach, counsel and guide franchisees to enable business growth in key performance metrics such as hours per week (HPW), revenue, client count, revenue growth, and all ongoing operational and financial metrics to meet or exceed new and existing owner growth targets established by franchisor.</p><p>▪ Implement the franchise operating system in all areas with every owner to grow brand consistency and apply the practices of the Operations Manual for all FirstLight entities.</p><p>▪ Establish and lead sales and operational expertise for designated owners to ensure execution of and adherence to FirstLight Home Care system protocols, tools, processes, and approach is fully implemented and maximized always.</p><p>▪ Leverage expertise of internal technology offerings to contribute to ongoing support of franchise owner and systems adoption.</p><p>▪ Drive results meeting or exceeding business plan as defined by individualized goal design and key performance indicators (KPI) each operating year.</p><p>▪ Conduct site visits; provide individualized business consult with focus on business growth, achieving goals and brand standards.</p><p>▪ Serve as a first point of contact (POC) and liaison for franchise owners and operators; delegate support needs and operational inquires to respective department and subject matter experts for in-depth assistance and problem resolution.</p><p>▪ Provide direct and timely response to franchise inquiries on matters related to business operations including but not limited to accounting and finance, client care services, licensure and state regulatory requirements, technology and application platforms, sales, etc., via email, telephone, and intranet system.</p><p>▪ Support and collaborate with the FirstLight Home Care Corporate Team and Franchise system on tasks, responsibilities, and special projects involving franchise business operations.</p><p>▪ Facilitate region workshops, state meetings and business reviews as needed.</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. </div><ul><li>Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children</li>
<li>Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis</li>
<li>Provides an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children</li>
<li>Ensures that all class bulletin boards are current and provides the parents with an overview of the material taught in class</li>
<li>Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playgrounds</li>
<li>Assists and coordinates snacks, meals, naptime, and bathroom activities</li>
<li>Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director</li>
<li>Observes all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children</li>
<li>Maintains a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times</li>
<li>Plans with Education Coach and implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Primrose School curriculum outlines and materials</li>
<li>Plans with the Director all required parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
