 Franchise servicing, CSAT, DSAT and enablement of franchises staff on Product &amp; Processes

 End to end ownership of franchise documentation and adherence of PTA &amp; Company's SOP at franchises
 </li>

 Distribution Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ongoing improvement of trends (minimum balance retailers, servicing at retail level for FS and GSM)
 </li>
 <li>
 Retail footprint expansion to increase availability of products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Channel investment monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring and improving quality of sales including all verticals
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Projects:
 
 Work on other projects assigned by the line manager with the aim of constantly improving Sales &amp; Distribution target achievement

 What we're looking for:
 
 
 
 
 Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree with specialization in any field, preferably in the Business side
 
 
 Work experience: Experience in a sales and/or distribution role in an organization with a sizeable distribution network. Experience as a team leader would be preferred.
