About the Role
We are looking for motivated and proactive Junior Recruiters based in Egypt to support international recruitment projects across multiple regions. This is a freelance, project-based opportunity for recruiters who have previous experience working on global hiring assignments and are comfortable sourcing candidates across different markets and industries.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels.</li><li>Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Support recruitment projects across international markets.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Meet project deadlines and recruitment KPIs.</li></ul>
