Your job as Front End Combo Clerk focuses on creating a positive lasting impression for our customer&rsquo;s shopping experience.</p><br>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner, giving them immediate and undivided attention.</li>
<li>Answers phones and intercom pages promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of products and their location in the store.</li>
<li>Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of PLU codes.</li>
<li>Bag groceries quickly and efficiently, taking care to protect quality and condition of items.</li>
<li>Assist customers with taking their groceries out to their car, when requested.</li>
<li>Collect all shopping carts from the parking lot, maintaining a cart-free lot throughout the duration of your shift.</li>
<li>Collect and return shopping handbaskets to designated spots throughout the duration of your shift.</li>
<li>Accurately operates cash register. (e.g. money handling/cash control, transaction processing, returns &amp; refunds, gift card sales, applying tares, etc.)</li>
<li>Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco, adhering to State &amp; Federal regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with Go-Backs, returning items to correct location when needed.</li>
<li>Operate front end mobility scooter and plug it in for charging after customer use.</li>

<div><div>The Deputy Clerk II will start in the criminal division and expected to be cross trained for the courtroom. This class is responsible for preparing all necessary paperwork to reflect the judge&rsquo;s orders and probation violations in criminal proceedings. This will allow our criminal supervisors to manage effectively, efficiently for the Clerk&rsquo;s office, and have back up which will allow continuation to operate seamlessly with confidence and overall security. Deputy Clerk II must multitask in order to be able to start and stop what they are doing. The Deputy Clerk II must have extensive knowledge preferably court experience but will train prior general or juvenile domestic courtroom experience. Other tasks but not limited to include researching guidelines and composing and typing a variety of routine documents. This class involves organizing and maintaining departmental records and updating the case management (CCMS) and financial management systems (FAS). The class works within a general outline of work to be performed; develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.<br>

Preparation of legal papers with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and statutory regulations with a broader skill level.
