Requirements
Duties include greeting clients and employees in a pleasant and professional manner, answering multiple phone lines, assist Accounting department by issuing purchase orders and receiving on purchase orders, tracking sales and use tax, processing incoming mail, and assisting with various accounts payable research projects.<ul><li>
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have great written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Experience with accounting software preferred.</li><li>
Need to have the ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, clients and operating areas.</li><li>
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Demonstrate problem solving skills as well as continuous improvement process skills.</li></ul>

What will I be doing?
