 The Position
 
 
 
 We are looking for a responsible and energetic
 
 Front Desk Officer,
 
 to join the Contour Lahore team and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the reception desk of our main reception. The hired person will be the "face&rdquo; of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The selected individual should have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined and should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
 
 
 Reporting to the Senior HR team member and interacting closely with senior management, the Front Desk Officer shall help administer front desk services for the Lahore office.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities

 Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).

 Greet and welcome guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer questions and address complaints.
 </li>

 Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks.

 Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies.

 Managing files and recording information as needed.

 Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
