The front desk receptionist position performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The main duties include welcoming and greeting people who visit the business, checking people in via our computer system, ensuring paperwork is correctly filled out, maintaining a clean reception room, ordering office supplies, and handling phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
