Job Summary:
The Patient Affairs Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients at Glucare Integrated Diabetes Center, ensuring an exceptional experience from registration through to checkout. This role combines patient-facing responsibilities with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery in line with Glucare&rsquo;s values and patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Patient Reception &amp; Registration:<ul><li>
Welcome patients warmly and provide a professional, courteous first impression.</li><li>
Register new patients and update existing patient records in the system accurately.</li><li>
Verify insurance details, eligibility, and collect necessary documents.</li><li>
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.</li></ul>

Requirements 
Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred) or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.</li><li>
Prior UAE experience (minimum 2 years) in front desk, patient affairs, or customer service in a healthcare setting.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and DHA standards.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management/CRM systems.</li></ul>
