TriCounty Materials and Services is a Sand and Gravel operation in North Texas. With locations in Sanger and Gainesville. We are currently looking to add an Experienced Front End Loader Operator to our Gainesville-Bearhead Quarry Team. 
Job Details:
<ul>
<li>Have the ability to maintain and operate a large front end loader.</li>
<li>Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.</li>
<li>Be very observant and able to receive and follow instruction from supervisors well.</li>
<li>Loader Operators are required to maintain their equipment on a day to day basis, to insure safety for all employees.</li>
<li>The main task of this position will be to safely and efficiently load customer's trucks.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and respect for customers is highly important.</li>
<li>Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned</li> 
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Have good hand/eye coordination and be able to operate hand/foot controls.</li>
<li>Have good vision to perceive depth at close range and distances up to 150 feet.</li>
<li>Able to climb on and off of equipment to operate and service.</li>
<li>Able to bend, stoop, climb and reach around mobile equipment.</li>
<li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Able to sit and operate equipment for long periods, up to 10 hours per day.</li>
<li>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme ambient temperatures: heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust and noisy conditions.</li>
<li>Able to work at various heights.</li>
</ul>

Job Duties:<ul><li>
Operating a variety of equipment including Motor graders, excavators, front end loaders, rubbertire backhoes, and dozers</li><li>
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment</li><li>
Performing other duties on the jobsite when not operating equipment</li><li>

Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures</li><li>
Individually lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Push and pull weights up to 70 lbs.</li><li>

Experience/Skills Required:<ul><li>
Must have minimum of 1 yr. experience in the road or construction field, working outdoors in extreme weather</li><li>
Be able to read, understand and write simple sentences, and perform simple mathematical equations</li></ul>

Must have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in operating a dozer and excavator.</li></ul> 
Must have experience operating at least three or more pieces of asphalt equipment, such as: paver screed, motor grader, front end loader, rubbetire backhoe, Asphalt paver and MTV.

Each day you&rsquo;ll work at one of our recycling facilities that service over 20 million customers across the USA. As a Heavy Equipment Operator III you&rsquo;ll be responsible for operating heavy equipment like bulldozers, scrapers &amp; front-end loaders - this role is vital to the work we do, so your work will be recognized and valued for the impact it has on our operation. Our heavy equipment operators take their careers to the next level by working on equipment that requires a high level of skill &ndash; and determination. Our waste disposal sites have strict procedures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our Landfill site employees.

Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
</li><li>Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.
</li><li>Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.</li><li>
Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>What do you need to be considered for the role of Heavy Equipment Operator III?<ul><li>
5 year of experience operating heavy equipment.</li><li>
Be over 18 years of age.</li><li>
Legally eligible to work in the United States</li><li>
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.</li><li>
Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.</li><li>
Dozer experience preferred.
