The Role</h2>
We're looking for a Front-End UX Designer/Developer to help us optimize the way consumers interact with our lead generation forms. This role is all about reducing friction, improving usability, and maximizing conversion rates through hands-on front-end development. You'll combine UX thinking with strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, implementing changes directly while partnering closely with IT and Marketing to ensure updates are flexible, scalable, and maintainable. 
This is a hands-on technical role in a small company environment, where you'll prototype, implement, and test new ideas directly in code. What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>
3+ years of hands-on development experience with front-end coding technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular or similar).</li><li>

Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles, A/B testing methodologies, and curiosity to explore new approaches that drive measurable business results.</li><li>
Proficiency with modern front-end development tools, version control, and AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot).</li><li>
