<div>The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
Front Office colleagues are responsible for welcoming guests to our beautiful resort. You&rsquo;ll handle the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and luggage service. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other responsibilities will include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, answering hotel calls, assisting guests with luggage service, among other duties. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Colleague.
Upsell opportunities are available for all Hosts to earn additional commissions. Shifts are 8:30am - 5:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:30pm.
