Job Purpose:Receive all visitors and phone calls and act as the first point of contact for individuals contacting or entering the premises in such a way that positively affects the customer&rsquo;s called or visit experience. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.</li><li>
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.</li><li>
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures. Photocopy, computer input/typing, schedule radiology work, as directed.</li><li>
Order medical records, prepare same for daily appointments, and type various forms.</li><li>
Receive dropped off patients' specimens and deliver to the lab.</li><li>
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.</li></ul>
