Key Result Areas
 
1. Execute all fulfilment activities in the assigned units, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while optimizing operational performance, resource utilization, and efficiency.
 
2. Maintain minimum reorder and maximum stock levels, monitor inventory conditions (temperature, expiry, safety), and minimize wastage by implementing best practices for storage, handling, and stock allocation across all inventory locations ensuring optimal stock levels, safe storage, and minimal wastage.
 
3. Allocate and manage team resources effectively, coach staff on operational excellence, customer service, and safety, and foster a high performance culture to achieve business objectives.
 
4. Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) and external vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth operations, adherence to timelines, and resolution of fulfillment-related issues.
 
5. Identify process gaps, implement workflow automation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize fulfillment operations.
 
6. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, stock movements, billing, and audit compliance; compile and analyze trends, KPIs, and performance data to provide insights that support manager in making data-driven decisions.
 
7. Conduct root cause analysis of deviations or NCRs, implement remedial actions, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, regulatory, and compliance standards in all fulfillment activities.
 
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain forecasts, plan menu cycles or SKU requirements, and manage supply schedules to ensure synchronized demand and supply.
 
9. Ensure fulfillment processes meet or exceed customer expectations, maintain service quality, and optimize responsiveness, accuracy, and efficiency in all operations.
 
10. Drive initiatives focused on storage optimization, strengthening supply chain resilience, and implementing system enhancements to ensure operational excellence and deliver quantifiable outcomes that drive long-term business value.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience: 
Education Qualification: 
a) Bachelor*s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Must have)
 
b) Certifications/Licensure related to Logistics, Freight handling, Procurement or Supply Chain (Preferred)
 
Work Experience: 
a) 6 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
 
b) Supply chain, Logistics, Distribution function preferably in the Airline Catering Industry and/or Food Industry.
 
c) Experience in managing large SKU portfolios and multi-location operations.
 
d) Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes & application of lean methodology
