The Full Cycle Recruiter is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for managing client searches from initial intake through final placement. Role Overview</b></p><p>
Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our client&rsquo;s U.S. operations. This is a remote, in-house recruiting role added to support hiring demand after other recruiters were reassigned to a separate initiative. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in a highly structured, process-driven environment.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.</p><p><b>
What will you do:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles</li><li>
Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance</li><li>
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines</li><li>
Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas</li><li>
Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews with Danaher stakeholders</li><li>
Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with some coverage in Mountain and Pacific time zones</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS</li><li>
Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience</li><li>

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience</b></p><div><ul><li>
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT or quality assurance recruiting</li><li>
Proven ability to recruit across professional roles, not limited to a single specialty</li><li>
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle</li><li>
Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Based in the U.S., with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)</li><li>
ATS experience, ideally Workday</li><li>
Experience working in large, structured, process-driven organizations preferred</li></ul></div><p><br>
Base pay range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.</p><p></p><p><br>

About the Role
</b></h3><p>CSC Generation's centralized recruiting team supports hiring across a portfolio of 13 brands. As <b>Recruiter</b>, you will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, marketing, finance, and other professional roles&mdash;with a particular focus on building our talent presence in Canada.</p>

Within your first six months, you will have established sourcing pipelines across North America, built trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers, and delivered measurable improvements in recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion rates.</p>

This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h3><ul>
<li>Partner with hiring managers across portfolio brands to understand role requirements, advise on best practices, and define recruitment strategies for each open position</li>
<li>Own full-cycle recruiting: source, review, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional roles</li>
<li>Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate technical ability, culture alignment, and long-term fit</li>
<li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs, converting prospects into active candidates and eventual hires</li>
<li>Use data-driven approaches to recruiting&mdash;track and report on key metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle and translate insights into process improvements</li>
<li>Lead efforts to establish and grow CSC Generation's recruiting presence in Canada, identifying top talent markets and sourcing channels</li>
<li>Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and keeping all stakeholders informed on progress</li>

</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within e-commerce, fintech, or technology companies</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance, and creative talent across North America</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada</li>
<li>Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions and improve outcomes</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities without dropping quality</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills&mdash;comfortable advising hiring managers on process and strategy</li>
