<p><b>Job Description: Finance Manager </b></p><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Chit Fund business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience managing chit fund schemes. Preference will be given to candidates who are qualified Chartered Accountants.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for chit fund operations.</li><li>Monitor member contributions, disbursements, and ensure accurate reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Chit Fund Act, RBI guidelines, and state-level regulations.</li><li>Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation.</li><li>Design and implement internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and risk management.</li><li>Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely closure of books.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></p><ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; alternatively, a Master&rsquo;s in Finance or Accounting.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in chit funds, NBFCs, or similar financial institutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of chit fund operations, taxation, and financial regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Attributes</b></p><ul><li>Experience managing multi-branch financial operations.</li><li>Familiarity with digital payment systems and member portals.</li><li>Certification in financial risk management or auditing is a plus.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
