 The Role
 
 
 
 The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing, and providing Fund Administration services to Real Asset funds. Applicant will be expected to be proactive and independent in execution of client service delivery. The principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities will include:

 Manage production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities;

 Perform reviews of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner;

 Ensure reporting deliverables are produced in line with the appropriate accounting standards, fund documentation, local regulations, policies and procedures;
 </li>

 Review of annual financial statements;
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee clients&rsquo; audit process;

 Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions;

 Build excellent working relationships with clients;

 Ensure all work undertaken complies with the client&rsquo;s documentation, relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations;

 Review and recommend changes to client deliverable processes;

 Review, recommend and implement agreed changes to accounting procedures;

 Keep up to date with changes to accounting standards and regulatory requirements;

 Has relevant experience of 5-8 years in a similar role incorporating the above functions,

 Has knowledge of Real Estate fund structures and the fund administration industry,

 Understands Regulatory requirements of Real Estate funds,

 Knowledge of e-Front / Yardi Voyager preferred,

 The Role &amp; Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing, and providing Fund Administration services to Real Estate funds. The individual will maintain client relationships; take responsibility for co-ordination of NAV calculation, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, new business take-on and due diligence requirements of the company. The individual will also manage the co-ordination of regulatory reporting, audit preparation, review and timely delivery of reports. This is an exciting role for someone who is determined to get involved in all aspects of fund administration.
 
 
 
 Role Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensuring NAV calculations are reviewed and delivered by the agreed delivery timeframes along with any other client specific reporting requirements;

 Operational onboarding of new and take on funds;

 Attendance of meetings where NAV calculations, Financial Statements and other deliverables are discussed;

 Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions;

 Role Responsibilities

 Working individually and as part of a team to cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing.

The Credit Portfolio Associate plays a meaningful role in supporting HarbourVest&rsquo;s Private Credit team with capital raising, portfolio management, and operational execution. This position provides extensive exposure to portfolio operations, data management, marketing and fundraising activities, fund modeling, and the overall investment process.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Credit deal teams, Credit Distribution, Quantitative Investment Science (QIS), Technology, Solutions, and Accounting, and coordinate with external fund administrators.
Please note, this role does not involve direct evaluation or execution of credit investments.
