The Opportunity
Are you passionate about public media and excited to help deepen audience engagement in a mission-driven organization? OPB is seeking a Digital Fundraising Coordinator to play a key role in expanding our digital giving programs and strengthening the relationship between OPB and the communities we serve. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support membership growth by developing and executing digital fundraising strategies, including email campaigns, online giving initiatives, and data-driven outreach, designed to increase donor participation, retention, and monthly sustaining support. 
Position Details
Working closely with colleagues across Membership, Digital, and Development, you&rsquo;ll help translate OPB&rsquo;s journalism and storytelling into compelling digital experiences that inspire people to give. You will support digital campaign production, analyze performance metrics, maintain accurate donor data, and assist in testing, refining, and optimizing online fundraising approaches. Responsibilities
50% Implement email fundraising, prospecting, and cultivation campaigns.<ul><li>
Manage production of regularly scheduled emails including newsletters, member communications, and solicitation and cultivation emails, updating and building audience segments and creating and updated email content as required and ensuring that emails are delivered to the right people, on schedule.</li><li>
Coordinate with the membership, marketing and digital content teams on the production of email communications, gathering image and copy assets, identifying audiences, managing the proofing process, creating and sending emails, and providing reports on results.</li><li>
Assist in the development and production of new email efforts including a prospect welcome email series, member cultivation email series, reengagement efforts and other new campaigns.</li><li>
Produce, refine and distribute detailed analysis reports on email efforts to drive future fundraising strategies.</li><li>
Coordinate monthly prospect uploads into email marketing system and monthly member record updates.</li><li>
Work with the team to define email solicitation and testing strategies and assist in the implementation of tests and the reporting on results.</li></ul>
30% Create and update online giving forms, campaign landing pages and other assets required to support digital campaigns on OPB&rsquo;s website and social platforms<ul><li>
Coordinate the production of assets as required to support digital campaigns, ensuring images, copy, links, etc. are all ready in time for campaign launch.</li><li>
Manage and update online contribution forms to support fundraising efforts on all channels, ensuring content is appropriate and updated, data is accurate, and forms are clearly named and organized.</li><li>
Update campaign landing pages on OPB.org as appropriate for new campaigns, create new pages when required, and tracking use and activity on all campaign landing pages to ensure effectiveness.</li><li>
Produce and refine detailed analysis reports on digital efforts to drive future fundraising strategies.</li><li>
Work with the team to define digital solicitation and testing strategies, assist with production work required to support testing strategies, and report back on test results.</li><li>
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to implement new features or platforms for online giving, and assist with the evaluation and implementation of those tools.</li></ul>
20% Coordinate back-end processes that support donation and special forms.<ul><li>
Update copy and code on forms to support OPB&rsquo;s membership program.</li><li>
Monitor and refine back-end automations related to form management, data, and audience segmentation ensuring timely and accurate updates as required to support new email properties or strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Assist with efforts to support email deliverability and reputation management, including data clean up and standardization, monitoring of KPIs related to deliverability, and researching and troubleshooting deliverability issues.</li></ul> 
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid role with most work done remotely and occasional onsite work required. Most work takes place during regular hours but may require mornings and evenings when needed.

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Two years of experience in a marketing, membership, or fundraising role.</li><li>
Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools (RedPoint, SendGrid, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to utilize a CRM and data to identify and build audiences and evaluate campaigns, programs and procedures to inform decision-making.</li><li>
Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other business intelligence tools and experience generating standard reports.</li><li>

Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Annual Giving supports the advancement of Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Central Virginia&rsquo;s mission and is an integral member of the resource development team. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving has an ability to act as general support in all areas of fundraising and should have a welcoming phone presence to receive donor inquiries. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving supports the implementation of special events and management of special event committees, along with general fundraising and stewardship events. The role includes proposal, newsletter, annual report, or additional letter writing support. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving must be able to multitask with a positive attitude.
The Assistant Director of Annual Giving needs excellent writing, editing, and problem-solving skills, experience in digital communications, knowledge of specialized software, and experience in fundraising strategy and implementation. Any specialized training in donor management software is highly desirable, along with graphic design and video editing skills. The Assistant Director of Annual Giving reports to the Director of Annual Giving.
Position Description:<ul><li>
Support the implementation of purposeful and mission-centered fundraising events through collaboration with Club stakeholders to manage pre- and post-event donor cultivation, acknowledgement and stewardship, committee management, coordinating function space and vendors, designing content for event communications, and event day logistics.</li><li>
Work with the chief development officer to administer the Club&rsquo;s tax credit program, coordinate paperwork, and serve as liaison with donor third-party financial representatives/wealth managers.</li><li>
Conceptualize and produce meaningful and mission-centered stewardship activities and develop personalized stewardship plans.</li><li>
Maintain specialized databases, compose correspondence, and research prospective donors.</li><li>
Assist with writing and assembling mailings, solicitations, newsletters, annual reports, impact reports, and other materials for donor audiences.</li><li>
Assist with donor and campaign management and tracking.</li><li>
Manage third-party event and in-kind donation requests, involving appropriate staff.</li><li>
Communicate with donors, volunteers, and vendors via phone, email, and in person.</li><li>
Schedule and coordinate volunteer board and committee meetings and distribute materials for meetings as needed or requested.</li><li>
Assist with accepting, recording, and responding to donations.</li><li>
Integrate digital fundraising platforms with special events, stewardship, and individual giving.</li><li>
Make occasional presentations to community groups and individuals on behalf of the mission.</li><li>
Create and support opportunities, systems, and expectations that promote a human-centered organizational culture.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Experience in donor-centric events and volunteer management</li><li>
1-3 years of related experience, preferably in development or customer service</li><li>
