<p>The Total Garage Store is one of the largest garage door dealers in TN with 5 locations as well as a location in NC. This in-person position is located at Farmer Garage Door, located in Knoxville, TN.</p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team who will be responsible for overseeing and executing all core human resource functions for The Total Garage Store.</p><p><b>The Duties and Experience Requirements of this roll supports the full employee lifecycle and include:</b></p><ul><li>Leading and coordinating recruitment efforts.</li><li>Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Administering employee benefits in partnership with insurance brokers, including enrollments, changes, audits &amp; employee support.</li><li>Serving as primary point of contact for employees inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, etc.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with employment laws such as FMLA and OSHA.</li><li>Working knowledge and administration of workers' compensation.</li><li>Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring proper documentation and file management.</li><li>Maintaining HRIS systems accurate data management.</li><li>Supporting employee engagement initiatives and acting as an accessible HR resource for employees at all levels.</li><li>Collaborating with leadership on organizational design and succession planning.</li><li>Working knowledge of Tennessee and North Carolina labor and employement practices.</li><li><b>PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A HUMAN RESOURCES ROLL WITH 3-5 YEARS' MINIUMUM EXPERIENCE.</b></li><li><b>High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.</b></li><li><b>Experience supporting, hourly, technician-based workforces strongly preferred.</b></li><li>Ability to comply with all company policies, safety requirements and applicable regulations.</li></ul><p>If you meet the qualifications above we invited you to submit your resume' with a cover letter</p><p>Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
