Fabric &amp; Trim Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with management for timely procurement and allocation of fabrics, trims, and accessories.</li><li>Ensure materials reach job work units on time, monitor consumption and reduce wastage.</li></ul>4. Style &amp; Order Follow-Up<ul><li>Follow approved samples, tech packs, and buyer specifications.</li><li>Ensure correct style execution at job work units.</li><li>Track style-wise production status and report progress.</li></ul>5. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards at all production stages.</li><li>Conduct inline inspections and coordinate final quality checks.</li><li>Minimize rework and rejection percentages.</li></ul>6. Delivery &amp; Timeline Management<ul><li>Ensure orders are completed as per delivery schedule.</li><li>Take corrective actions to avoid delays.</li><li>Coordinate dispatch and finishing processes.</li></ul>7.  Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and terms while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

 Coordinating production timelines and ensuring correct sequencing of tasks to meet delivery expectations.
 </li>

 Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with production plans and performance expectations.

 Maintaining accurate technical documentation, process descriptions, and supplier capability records.
