Your Impact 
As a Paint Line General Laborer, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality finished products by preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and ensuring finishes meet specification. Your consistency and attention to detail directly impact product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications</li>
<li>Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production</li>
<li>hang parts on the powder coat line with hooks or chains</li>
<li>Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times</li>
<li>Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals</li>

Qualifications
<ul><li>1 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred but not required</li>

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Primary Purpose:
The Laborer for our Maintenance Division would be a member of a crew of other laborers supported by a foreman. They will be implementing the projects sold by the Maintenance Division Account Managers at our client&rsquo;s homes and business locations. This position is full-time and reports to the Upper Marlboro, MD corporate office daily (Mon-Fri), occasional Saturdays if needed.
Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Plants new flowers, trees, grass, and shrubs.</li><li>
