Job responsibilities:<ul><li>
Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors</li><li>
Safely operate a forklift</li><li>
Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators)</li><li>
Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift)</li><li>
Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools</li><li>
Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services)</li><li>
Perform grounds maintenance services (e.g., landscaping and snow removal)</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols</li><li>

Lays out rebar, plates, loops, channel and insulations, etc.</li><li>
Pulls strand, threading bulkheads, block outs, frames and dead man, and; cuts strand with grinder and places chucks on ends.</li><li>
Places and ties rebar, loops, stem and flange wire, chair flange wire, and places form and side plates.</li><li>
Prepares for pour &ndash; blows out bed with air hose and receives pouring tools.</li><li>
Receives concrete, hooks up air hoses, spread and vibrates concrete with spud vibrator, vibra trak, or vibrating screed.</li><li>
Places insulation and C ties in bed, if applicable, scrapes rails, sweeps up excess concrete around bed, collects all tools and materials, and puts them away in tool chest or returns to warehouse.</li></ul>
