We are looking for an exceptional Office Admin in our New York office to support the growth of our firm. This position will provide high-level administrative support in various capacities, including but not limited to, our Senior Leadership team. In this role, you will support the VP of Executive Administration, and partner with other Office Administration team members.
</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing executive schedule and acts as liaison for the teams and execs supported</li>
<li>Coordinating schedule of assigned team and respective executives, set critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees</li>
<li>Extensive experience in scheduling complicated domestic and international travel</li>
<li>Arranges accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed</li>
<li>Assisting in planning and organizing company events, meetings, business luncheons, and client meetings</li>
<li>Preparing documents, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence</li>
<li>Handling confidential information; organizes and maintains files</li>
<li>Preparing information and research as needed</li>
<li>Updating CRM/Salesforce with new contacts and calendar activities</li>
<li>Special projects as assigned</li>
<li>Act as back up / support to Front Desk as needed
<ul><li>Welcome and greet guests</li>
<li>Provide general support to visitors</li>
<li>Maintain the condition of the office</li>
<li>Work with building management in case of needed repairs</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies and order items on a regular basis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must be flexible with hours; occasionally work extra hours as needed</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand</li>
<li>Able to multitask and prioritize needs</li>
<li>Self-directed and able to work without a lot of supervision</li>
<li>Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas</li>
<li>Able to perform a wide variety of executive assistant duties, spanning many areas of responsibility</li>
<li>Strong team player</li>

<p>Requirements and Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of prior experience in the capacity of a mid- to senior-level assistant</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information and build trust with the team and executives</li>
<li>Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once</li>
<li>Excellent time management and prioritization skills</li></ul><br>

Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.</p>
<p>
The expected base salary for this role in New York, New York will range from $100,000 - $115,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.</p>
