<p></p><p><b>Job Purpose: </b>To accept and schedule customer inbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction. To provide administrative support as required by personnel working in the Outbound Operations Department.</p>
<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Enter customer orders and scan / index documents as required.</li>
<li>Schedule the delivery of customer loads.</li>
<li>Properly document orders in computer and update customer contact information.</li>
<li>Maintain communications with customers regarding changes delivery schedules and potential service failures.</li>
<li>Handle all billing for the Inbound Department</li>
<li>Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments such as, but not limited to: creating of Outbound paperwork, filing systems, billing functions, accuracy verification of inbounds, and AIB standards.</li>
<li>Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of RJW as well as those of the customers.</li>
<li>Communicate customer problems, leads, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of company information.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements and implement approved improvements.</li>
<li>Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.</li>
<li>Assist local dispatcher in update of Tee Cards.</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned by manager.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Capable of being trained to be 'Phone Assertive'.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li>
<li>Organizational and scheduling skills.</li>
<li>Computer abilities including word processing, spreadsheet, and ability to learn application software used by RJW.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Basic office clerical skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.</li>
3 <li>- 4 years of clerical experience.</li>
<li>Basic transportation / logistics experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education and/or Experience Required:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Language Skills Sets:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Mathematical Skills:
</b></p><ul><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li>

<p><b>Reasoning Ability:
</b></p><ul><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to determine &quot;root cause&quot; of problem and determine corrective action.</li>

<p><b>Computer Skills:
</b></p><ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Business Operating Systems, Internet software, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software.</li>

</b></p><ul><li>Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.</li>
<li>Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.</li>
<li>Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.</li>
<li>Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.</li>
