Day to day responsibilities:
SAR Data Operationalization<ul><li>
Train and support intelligence analysts using SAR imagery for tactical missions (maritime, ground, infrastructure).

Requirements

Understanding of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) physics, including polarimetry, interferometry, and imaging modes.</li><li>
Strong programming skills in Python for geospatial and earth observation data processing (GDAL, Rasterio, NumPy, GeoPandas).</li><li>
Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting satellite imagery for intelligence or operational applications.</li><li>

 The Erebus Program is a newly awarded 7-year effort that delivers cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).  In this role, you will be part of a software development Scrum team assisting with software requirements verification, software development and operational support. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of SCRUM processes and System Requirements verification (such as Jira, Confluence).
 
 
 The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
