We are seeking a skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure, energy, and building projects across the GCC region. The candidate will be involved in projects with our Geotechnical Engineering Team as part of WSP&rsquo;s Earth &amp; Environment Group. The expectation for this full-time role is that the candidate will work in the office either fully in-person or on a hybrid in-person and remote schedule.

Job Description 
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Assist in conducting site investigations and soil testing procedures</li><li>
Analyze and interpret geotechnical data to support engineering design decisions</li><li>

Participate in foundation design and analysis for various construction projects</li><li>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering projects</li><li>
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and geotechnical modeling software for project work</li><li>

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution</li><li>
UAE national (UAE Nationals with Family Book only)</li><li>
Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and practices</li><li>
Proficiency in soil mechanics and foundation design concepts</li><li>
Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and geotechnical modeling tools</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies</li><li>
Understanding of local geological conditions in the UAE (preferred)</li><li>
