Position Summary: 
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Podiatrist to join our mobile care team in Wilmington, NC. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.

All administrative and logistical responsibilities&mdash;including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing&mdash;are fully managed by CMC. This is an independent contractor position, allowing you to focus on patient care without the burdens of running a private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide routine foot care, wound care, and treatment for diabetic-related complications.</li>
<li>Diagnose and manage podiatric conditions commonly affecting geriatric patients.</li>
<li>Educate patients and/or facility staff on preventive care and condition management.</li>
<li>Ensure a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment tailored to geriatric needs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.</li>
<li>Active California Podiatry License.</li>
<li>Experience in geriatric or mobile care preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.</li>

Schedule:

<li>2 to 4 visits per month</li>

Role Overview</h3>
We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and compassionate Podiatrist (DPM) to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for providers who value flexibility, autonomy, and purpose-driven work while delivering high-quality podiatric care to seniors in Assisted Living Facilities.
As an AllCare Podiatrist, you&rsquo;ll perform essential foot and ankle care, coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and leverage technology that simplifies your day-to-day documentation and patient management.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive foot and ankle assessments, including diabetic foot care, wound evaluation, and infection management. 
</li><li>Perform in-facility podiatric procedures such as nail avulsions, callus removal, and wound debridement. 
</li><li>Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to prevent and manage diabetes-related complications. 
</li><li>Utilize AllCare&rsquo;s AI platform for efficient charting, gait analysis documentation, and orthotic referrals. 
</li><li>Educate patients and facility staff on mobility preservation, fall prevention, and long-term foot health. 
</li><li>Document visits, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately within the EHR, ensuring regulatory and CMS compliance.

Qualifications</h3><ul>

</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills. 
</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary care teams. 
</li><li>Reliable transportation for travel between facilities (mileage reimbursed).
