Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who are asked to relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven intern to join our Global Product Management team. The <b>Global Product Management Intern</b><b>, E&amp;C Large,</b> will assist with product development and lifecycle management activities. To be a successful product management intern, you must combine strong analytical skills with a passion for expanding product knowledge. Responsibilities include documenting and executing internal company processes, assisting in the development of business plans for the high-tier wireless category, and supporting various product testing activities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
This Internship is Onsite or Hybrid, based in our Niles, IL, location.</b></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Represents the Global Marketing and Sales Division during product development projects as the &ldquo;voice of the customer&rdquo; ensuring that product attributes will create a positive end user value proposition.</li><li>
Works alongside product managers to execute logistical planning for Alpha and Beta tests with end users.</li><li>
Analyze competitive products such as wired and wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, earphones, and audio accessories.</li><li>
Reviews user documentation for accuracy regarding product features, proper usage and expected performance.</li><li>
Analyze sales and market data to facilitate business decisions for both existing Shure products and new product concepts.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as requested, such as taking notes for Global Product Management and other region-specific meetings, purchase orders, department shipping needs, etc.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, music technology or sound engineering and is junior level standing or higher</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of Pro-Audio networks is ideal (microphones, lighting, speakers, mixing consoles, video equipment or other live production equipment)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>
Excellent listening skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences</li><li>
Analytical thinker with the ability to offer recommendations based on data and customer feedback</li><li>

<div>Launching a new product&mdash;especially in the clean label space&mdash;requires strong consumer validation and real-world testing. This internship gives hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, from understanding consumer behaviour to testing hypotheses in-market. Over 3&ndash;4 months, the intern will conduct primary research, identify opportunities, and implement small-scale tests to validate recommendations for new product variants and communication strategies.</div>

General Description: The GCOE Innovation &amp; Transformation Summer Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of GCOE internal and cross-functional initiatives. The intern will work closely with Director, Business operations to update departmental / initiative BeOne sites, develop internal guides, and assist with data systems / tools maintenance such as various trackers. The role will provide exposure to clinical operations roles and processes, and project management &amp; change management fundamentals. Additionally, the cross-departmental engagement will offer exposure to numerous career paths within the industry.</div><div>
