REPORTING
The Receptionist will report directly to the Front Office Manager and/or Assistant General Manager and will work closely with other departments, including Membership Services, Events, and the Golf Shop, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive member experience. The Receptionist may also receive guidance and direction from senior management, particularly in handling VIP guests or special events. 
Requirements<ul><li>

Provide basic information about equipment and services</li><li>
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly</li><li>
Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times</li><li>
Support daily operations of the Health Club and assist guests as needed</li></ul>
What We Need from You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:<ul><li>
Previous experience in hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment</li><li>
Decent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction</li><li>
Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations</li><li>
Professional, positive and approachable attitude</li></ul>
