 Liaise with Government Affairs teams and external authorities to ensure timely completion of employee transactions

 Employee Benefits Administration

 <li>
 Support employee medical insurance administration and related documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with employee-related administrative processes and HR service delivery
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Government Relations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting &amp; Analysis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong reporting, documentation, and record management capabilities
 </li>
