Minimum Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>A Bachelor of Arts or Fine Arts (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design and at least 1 year of full-time graphic design experience, or an Associate's degree and 3 years of graphic design experience.</li>
<li>A strong portfolio of graphic design work.</li>
<li>Demonstrated high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.</li>
<li>A strong, demonstrable knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory. Excellent communications skill, both written and oral, are vital.</li>
<li>The ability to understand customers' needs and present ideas clearly is important. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential.</li>
