Requirements: 1. *Qualifications*: Master's degree in Graphic Design. 2. *Experience*: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in graphic design, and industry experience in graphic design or a related field. 3. *Expertise*: Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, practices, and software. 4. *Communication*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 5. *Organizational*: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. *Industry certifications*: Certifications in graphic design software or related areas (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert). 2. *Research and publication*: A record of research, publication, and scholarship in graphic design or a related field. 3. *Leadership experience*: Experience in leading teams, projects, or initiatives in graphic design education or industry.
