About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer to create motion graphics videos, LinkedIn carousel posts, social media creatives and other digital marketing content.
We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, new visual styles and current design trends into our content.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics videos and short-form digital content.
- Design LinkedIn carousels, social media creatives, banners and promotional graphics.
- Develop fresh creative concepts and experiment with different animation styles, layouts, typography and visual storytelling approaches.
- Research current design, motion graphics and social media trends and introduce relevant ideas.
- Create brochures, presentations and other marketing creatives when required.
- Edit and enhance video content with animations, transitions and visual effects.
- Maintain JK Lucent’s brand consistency while bringing creativity and visual variety.
- Collaborate with the business and marketing teams and deliver work on time.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic to working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar motion/video tools.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media content formats.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh concepts and different visual styles.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted image, video or design tools would be an advantage.
Portfolio
A portfolio showcasing graphic design and/or motion graphics work is required.
Academic, personal, freelance or professional projects are welcome.
Portfolios showing variety in styles and creative approaches will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
