Position Summary
 
The Production Artist / Digital Print Production Specialist plays a critical role in preparing and managing graphic assets throughout our production workflow. This position is responsible for creating and proofing a variety of printed and digital products, operating digital print equipment, managing Fiery RIP workflows, performing color management, and assisting with production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare, organize, and maintain graphic assets for use in production workflows.</li>
<li>Create and format functional products such as student ID cards, proof sheets, certificates, marketing materials, signage, and other school-related products.</li>

<li>Prepare print-ready files and verify all artwork meets production specifications.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in production art, print production, digital printing, prepress, or a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li>
<li>Experience with digital press environments and Fiery RIP workflow software strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of color management, print production processes, and file preparation standards.</li>
<li>Experience operating digital presses, large-format printers, or production printing equipment is highly desirable.</li>
