<p><b>GRIT BLASTER</b></p><ul><li>Shall have experience minimum of 5 years of which two years should be in and offshore environment.</li><li>Shall be capable of understanding English language regional language and able to communicate among the team.</li><li>Shall have a thorough knowledge of grit blasting processes.</li><li>Shall be familiar with the operation and maintenance of the relevant equipment and be able to maintain a standard of work consistent with Qatar Energy Specifications.</li></ul><p>Duration-1 month+ extendable</p><p>Work Cycle &ndash; 12 Hours a day 7 days a week (Dayshift or Night shift). Your Role and Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>
In this role, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated Dukhan Industrial City (DIC) in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.</p><p>
The Technical Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for their assigned accounts. The Technical Account Manager ensures the customer receives exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.</p><p></p><p>

Collaboration &amp; Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and Account Managers to deliver timely offers, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate resources to overcome obstacles.</p></li><li><p>
Service Delivery &amp; Performance: Manage service contracts, ensure timely delivery and compliance with KPIs, track performance metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Sales &amp; Value Expansion: Identify sales opportunities, support pre- and post-sales processes, suggest upgrades, reduce support costs, and ensure 100% contract renewals while demonstrating the value of services delivered.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications for the Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Educational: Graduate in Electrical/Automation Engineering (preferably electrical automation).</p></li><li><p>
Experience and Process Automation Industry Background: Over 8 years of experience in process automation or the Oil &amp; Gas industry for process automation, including 5+ years either in <b>Technical Account Management </b>or <b>Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead</b> roles in <b>Process Automation</b> business is a <b>Must-Have. </b>(Candidates who work currently in <b>Sales Manager</b> roles and have a previous experience as Technical Lead or Engineering/Service Lead roles in process automation can be considered).</p></li><li><p>
Technical Process Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on <b>technical experience</b> with <b>DCS</b>, Safety Systems (ESD/FGS), <b>SCADA</b>/RTU, PMS/ELICS is a <b>Must-Have</b> along with ABB or other OEM systems; deep knowledge of ABB solutions including Legacy Systems (Infi90, Freelance), ICSS (AC800M/AC800MHI), and Instrumentation.</p></li><li><p>
Skills &amp; Communication: Proficient in industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, FF), with the ability to understand customer needs and propose timely solutions; fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>

In this role, you will be responsible for Sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in <b>Industrial Process Automation</b> accordance with strategy. Proactively communicate with customer to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for penetration and expansion</p><p></p><p>
Main Accountabilities</p><ul><li><p>
Volume and Profit: Sells Products/ Systems/Services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business units.</p></li><li><p>
Customer relations: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution.</p></li><li><p>
Digital Sales Plans: Prepares sales plans using company (SFDC) tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.</p></li><li><p>
Sales: Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).</p></li><li><p>
Marketing: Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers and leading the team to identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications for the Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Graduate Engineer in Electrical /Automation/ Equivalent Engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).</p></li><li><p><b>
Sales experience in industrial process automation</b> including DCS/ Safety System(ESD/FGS), SCADA/RTU system of ABB and or other OEM system is a <b>Must-Have</b>.</p></li><li><p>
At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oil &amp; Gas Industry with at least 5 years of front- end sales experience.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of ABB Automation products and solution in Oil and Gas Industries and awareness of ABB legacy Control System and Knowledge of Instrumentation System is a great plus.</p></li><li><p>
Sales &amp; Technical Expertise: Proven international sales and/or contract negotiation experience, with hands-on knowledge of ABB sales processes and tools such as Salesforce, RiskReview, SAP, Wizard, FCM, and BOL. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like Modbus RTU, TCP, and OPC is essential.</p></li><li><p>
