ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>

<div><p><b><i>What You&rsquo;ll Do in This Role:</i></b></p><ul><li><b><br>
Grounds and Airfield Maintenance:</b> Maintain airside and landside grounds through mowing, weed whipping, edging, general landscaping, aerating, weed abatement, and grading.</li><li><b>
Equipment Operation &amp; Care:</b> Operate and assist with routine maintenance of sander trucks, mowers, weed whippers, forklifts, plow trucks, backhoes, and more.<br>
</li><li><b>
Facilities and Buildings Maintenance:</b> Assist with minor repairs and preventative maintenance on airport buildings and facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, and other systems.<br>
</li><li><b>
Surface &amp; Infrastructure Maintenance:</b> Perform surface maintenance tasks like crack filling, minor asphalt or concrete repairs, painting, and striping.<br>
</li><li><b>
General Maintenance:</b> Complete interior maintenance tasks such as painting rooms, hallways, and ceilings, patching and texturing walls, and preparing surfaces for paint.</li><li><b>
Custodial Support:</b> Assist with custodial and cleaning duties as assigned to support safe, clean, and functional facilities.</li></ul></div><br>

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h2></div>
<div><p><b><i>You Have:</i></b></p><br>
<ul><li>
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
A valid state driver&rsquo;s license.<br>
</li><li>
The ability to pass a background check to work in a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) secured area.<br>
</li></ul><b><i>
You Will Succeed in This Role If You:</i></b><br>
<ul><li>
Have experience in grounds or facilities work, such as landscaping, general maintenance, or property upkeep.<br>
</li><li>
Are comfortable using a variety of tools to complete routine maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.<br>
</li><li>
Have experience operating equipment and vehicles, such as pickup trucks, skid steers, ATVs, tractors, and other light to heavy machinery.<br>
</li><li>
Can accurately read and interpret technical instructions, safety manuals, and operational manuals.<br>
</li><li>
Communicate clearly and respectfully, contributing to a team-focused environment and positive customer experience.</li></ul></div><p></p>
