Job Description Summary:</b></p>
The Mission Analysis Group Leader plays an important role within the Systems Concepts and Design Engineering Division. In this position you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 engineers focused on providing data driven quantitative decision-making capabilities with integrated analysis assessments to address performance, function, and emergent behaviors of complex systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for championing SE best practices and providing technical assessments of technology and system concepts using simulation and analysis methods to further Draper&rsquo;s mission of solving complex problems in our nation&rsquo;s interest. Duties/Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Manage administrative details and career development for group members.</li><li>Convey relevant information from management to group members.</li><li>Lead, mentor, build depth their area of expertise. and conduct performance evaluations of group members.</li><li>Maintain awareness of staffing requirements, write job requisitions (responsibilities and required qualifications) for hiring as required, review and disposition incoming resumes, conduct interviews.</li><li>Serve as Lead Subject Matter Expert for Area of specialty.</li><li>Shape Draper&rsquo;s technology offerings and open new business areas based on program and technical experience.</li><li>Analyze Draper strategy and work with management to build capability in key areas that align Draper's capabilities with customer's strategic priorities.</li></ul><br>

Prior experience working strategic systems, DoD, space, GN&amp;C, or inertial systems</li><li>
Technical leadership experience</li><li>
Experienced using modeling, simulation, and analysis tools and methods to understand the behavior of complex systems</li><li>
Formal training in Systems Engineering best practices and methods</li><li>
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), with direct experience in cost and schedule management of tasks</li><li>
Experience leading or contributing to technical and cost proposals</li><li>
Interest and/or experience in technology and industry trends, including the application of AI to address Mission needs</li></ul><p></p><p>

The US base salary range for this full-time position is</p>
$100,000.00 - $275,000.00<p><i>
