Sub-unit you will be working for &ndash;
As part of the Enablement vertical of MGSC, India, you will lead the Compliance And Legal Function and be responsible for providing regulatory, legal, secretarial, compliance, data protection and corporate advisory support.

DATA PROTECTION AND INTERNAL CONTROL FINANCE(ICF)</li></ul><ul><li>
Implementing the data protection framework in complying with the local applicable data protection laws and the Corporate Data Protection Guideline and internal regulations of METRO.</li><li>
Monitoring the compliance with the applicable data protection regulation as well creating personnel awareness and training, assisting related audits etc..</li><li>
Assistance with data protection queries and drafting consents/declaration for function /stakeholder specific requirements</li><li>
Working closely with the IT security teams, Corporate Data protection teams and other functional departments for setting up the data protection framework.</li><li>
Supervising and supporting the ICF Officer with setting up, implementing, and maintaining the ICF controls in accordance with the Corporate Governance Framework.</li><li>
Ensuring maintenance of effective ICF framework and governance</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required Educational Qualification and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor of Law from a reputed College/University</li><li>
CS qualification / membership of ICSI would be an added advantage.</li><li>
8 &ndash; 10 years of Post -Qualification Experience with at least 2-3 years compliance experience preferably with a GSC or ITES Company.</li><li>
Prior experience in GDPR regulations and internal audit would be preferred.</li><li>
Robust knowledge of Company Law, Contract Law and Labour laws.</li></ul>

High interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate internally(board of directors, employees, cross functional teams) and externally (lawyers, regulators, auditors) at all levels.</li><li>

We have 4 key areas of focus - Product Design, UX Research, Design Standards and Creative Studio.We are a closely-knit team of 30+ people at the moment, who work across the spectrum of design from deriving insight from data, designing interfaces and prototypes, and testing with users to motion graphics and illustrations

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Lead and design new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Harness user behavior insights and feedback to iteratively refine designs, ensuring continuous optimization and enhancement of user experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and exemplify a culture of collaboration and creativity, providing mentorship and support to foster the professional growth of the design team
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Product Designers and Product Managers to define and redefine problem statements and develop project execution plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate problem statements into valuable and user-friendly solutions for millions of customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Create concepts that cater to the diverse needs of users from various backgrounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the UX Research team and data science team to develop impactful, metrics-driven, user-centric solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with teams of engineers and product managers throughout the design process, from content to production, to create user flows and build user-interface mockups and prototypes
 </li>

 SKILLS &amp; ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

 A minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience leading a high performing design team
 </li>
 <li>
 An accomplished designer with a keen eye for quality design aesthetics and an in-depth understanding of user experience and design principles, instrumental in driving unmatched engagement and fueling revenue growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in translating abstract business concepts or requirements into tangible conceptual designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates exceptional design skills, a high level of craft, a strong understanding of fundamental design disciplines (typography, composition, iconography, color, layouts, etc.), impeccable visual and interaction finesse, and meticulous attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in current best practices, developments, and trends across mobile and web platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to confidently articulate UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in leading complex projects independently under tight timelines
