About the Role:

As a Growth Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of driving success for a rapidly expanding company, crafting and executing paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns that propel client objectives forward. Job Requirements:

<li>Bachelor's degree required. 4 Year College Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
</li><li>1-3 years of experience with paid social and paid search. (Preferably Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.)</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills. Copywriting skills and strong writing skills are a plus.
</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and complete projects within a deadline.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful and digestible way.
</li><li>Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
</li><li>Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Emotional maturity.

Qualifications</h1>
You are a senior growth leader with deep experience in D2C digital products, ideally subscription-based businesses. You have built and scaled experimentation-driven growth systems and understand how to balance speed with quality.
You combine strategic thinking with strong product intuition, analytical depth, and design sensibility. You care deeply about user experience, clarity of messaging, and execution excellence.<ul><li>

7+ years of experience in growth, CRO, product growth, or performance strategy</li><li>
Proven success scaling digital subscription or consumer products</li><li>
Advanced expertise in experimentation and analytics platforms</li><li>
Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and monetization mechanics</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to maintain high testing standards at scale 
Experience leading high-performance, cross-functional teams</li><li>
Excellent written and spoken English</li><li>

Location</h1>
