 Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager - Guest Experience to join the resort&rsquo;s private access team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

 Lead, train, and inspire the guest experience team to deliver exceptional, personalized service for private access guests.

 About You
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in hospitality management or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a guest experience or VIP services leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in designing and delivering luxury guest experiences for guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of international guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Multilingual abilities (Russian, Chinese, and English preferred) are an advantage.
