A day in the life...
An Overnight Guest Services Agent is responsible for all overnight guest services. You will be the primary point of contact for guests at our lodging properties
Requirements:

Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>
You will be responsible for the daily operational tasks of the front desk. Greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts, and guest requests in a friendly, attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.</li><li>
Answering telephones and assisting guests by phone. Responding to software&rsquo;s from the in-room tablets and assisting guests by SMS or app. Responding in person to any guest calls and assisting to the guest&rsquo;s satisfaction which may include the occasional cleaning of bathrooms, making beds, plunging toilets, picking up trash, or assisting guests with luggage, and more.</li><li>
You will answer all incoming calls, assisting with any guest needs. Know the special features, amenities, and services of the properties and Pacific City area. Utilize various software to make reservations, communicate between departments and submit work orders to ensure that guest needs are delivered.</li></ul>
You will own this if you have...<ul><li><ul><li>Previous front desk/guest service experience in a hotel and/or resort setting preferred (not required).</li></ul></li><li>
Previous experience working alone and/or working overnight is preferred but not required.</li><li>

Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>
Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.</li><li>
Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Proficiency in English required.
</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>
Previous hotel valet/bellman experience preferred</li></ul><div>
Physical:</div><ul><li>
Ability to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to stand for long periods indoors with a thematically climate-controlled workstation.</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors in temporary intervals to retrieve motor vehicles.
