 Be responsible for any pressing or repair work carried out and charges made.

 Keep the Valet area clean and tidy. Hand over key cards to Security at the end of the shift.

 Work overnight when required.

 Report all malfunctions on assigned floors to Engineering department. Follow up any reports, taking further action if required.

 Ensure all associates equipment is well maintained and in proper working order.

 Report immediately any matters concerning the security of guest rooms to the security department.

 Ensure safety and return of all key cards and mobile phones. Report any loss of key card or mobile phone immediately to the housekeeping office.

 Ensure lost and found items are turned directly into Housekeeping and the lost property procedure follows.

 Gifts from guests must be accompanied by a signed authorization from the guest and securities pass out before they can be removed from the hotel.
