You will need to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times, fulfilling requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner. If you don't work well under pressure, this won&rsquo;t be a great fit.</p>

  What You Will Do
  <br/>

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   1. The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to interact with the guest and manage the guest preferences to enhance the Guest Experience in general.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to communicate with other department any concerns for guest, and ensure a seamless stay all over the hotel and Beach suites.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to perform all duties of the Reception, concierge, PBX and retail shop sales agents when needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to assist in escorting VIPs and return guests to their rooms as requested.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to work closely with the Reception, Concierge and Guest Services staff to coordinate the efficient handling of guest arrival and follow up on guest requests.
