JOB SUMMARY:
Transport patients to the proper destination, promptly and efficiently - Deliver patient bar code stickers to the appropriate department - Stock supplies within the department - Safely and efficiently operate the vehicle, being mindful of all traffic in the parking lot and of all pedestrians - Service the vehicle according to the policy and report all repair needs to the supervisor - Practice good public relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have cordial personality to interact with patients and guests - Must be physically able to transport patients in a wheelchair. Must have a valid Mississippi driver&rsquo;s license.
ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
This position is accountable for the transport of patients, either by escort or in a wheelchair, to various departments within the medical center including Outpatient Surgery, Endoscopy, Radiology, Heart Catherization, Special Procedures, Wound Care, and to inpatient rooms when admitted. Employees must safely and efficiently operate the golf cart being mindful of all surroundings.
PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform overhead lifting as needed. Ability to lift and carry items weighing more than 50 pounds.</div>

As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating from the Residential Lobby and Front Drive, the Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Residential Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our residents are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the Four Seasons Private Residences, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand inside the building and greets each resident by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the residences for arrivals and transports luggage for departing residents to the entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving residents with a Four Seasons Private Residences orientation, delivers packages and parcels.
TASKS
<ul><li>Responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the Resident&rsquo;s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.
</li></ul><ul><li>When necessary, greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the residence. Assists guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want cars parked. Gives verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot. Opens residence doors for all guests and manages the door operations needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified in the Residence Unit Admittance Forms. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-up.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists residents, visitors, and/or vendors in all inquiries in connection with residential common areas, hours of operations, key residences personnel, directions, etc. Must be familiar with all common areas and services offered at the residences.
</li></ul><ul><li>Greets all residents and their guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assists in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the residences Concierge Desk, deliver messages, packages, laundry, groceries, etc. to units.

 Upon departure, assists the guest by transporting luggage from room to lobby, and helping the guest load luggage into vehicle.

 Responds to inquiries and promotes the property&rsquo;s amenities and restaurants.

 Keeps abreast of local activities and the area's establishments in order to answer questions, recommend and give directions.
