Job Description

To be responsible for maintaining Club policies and procedures to assume responsibility for smooth running of the Fitness Centre.</li><li>
To demonstrate and instruct individuals in proper, effective, and safe resistance training techniques in accordance with biomechanical/physiological principles.</li><li>
To construct and demonstrate safe result-oriented programs for individuals according to their specific needs.</li><li>
To recognize and properly implement appropriate techniques for fitness evaluation.</li><li>
To help the client define fitness goals and be able to develop short and long-term schedules to achieve goals.</li><li>
To be responsible for showing members/guest around their individual fitness programs, demonstrating warm-up techniques and monitoring safety procedures in the gymnasium.</li><li>
To organize and direct safe exercise and activities for children and be able to motivate and organize competition and fun games for children and teenagers.</li></ul><ul><li>
Studies the mental, physical and emotional strengths of the participants and to ensure that they are sufficiently healthy to undertake the desired exercise. To insist on medical certificate if there is any doubt.</li><li>
To report and record rescues and other incidents.</li><li>
To record the fitness centre&rsquo;s usage by using the gym entrance sign-in log.</li><li>
To make a general check of overall fitness centre history and individual exercise programs advising limitation and dangers.</li><li>
To inspect the weights and equipment and to make sure that they are kept in a safe and orderly way.</li><li>
To maintain general conditions, check all gymnasium equipment and report any missing or damaged items to the club reception and club supervisor.</li><li>
To take appropriate safety precaution when any of the equipment is not functioning properly by putting up a warning sign out order/ under maintenance.</li><li>
To ensure maintenance sheets are filled in when any of the gym equipment is not working properly and inform the recreation supervisor to follow up.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on training experience.</li><li>
Strong understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and injury prevention.</li><li>
Ability to create personalized fitness programs based on clients&rsquo; goals and fitness levels.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate exercises and equipment usage safely and effectively.</li><li>
Knowledge of basic nutrition principles and their role in fitness and wellness.</li><li>
Proficiency in using fitness equipment and machines.</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
If you are a professional Pilates instructor who is energetic, friendly, willing to learn, build relationships with potential and existing clients, sell classes and lead dynamic apparatus focused workout routines (use Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre and more), you&rsquo;ll be a great addition to the international team!
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Current full apparatus Pilates Certification
</li><li>Experience teaching group classes
</li><li>Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
</li><li>Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
</li><li>Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
</li><li>Punctual, reliable and dedicated
</li><li>Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
</li><li>Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
</li><li>Experience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Club Ready)
</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
</li><li>Instructing clients using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc.
</li><li>Conducting private, semi-private or other additional sessions as needed
</li><li>Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
</li><li>Assisting with membership sales and checking clients in
</li><li>Building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales &amp; services
