<li>3:20 PM: Coaching: Lead four 50-minute classes, each with 4-6 students. Between classes, you'll communicate with parents about their child's progress, track attendance and skills, and celebrate skills mastered.</li>
<li>7:20 PM: Administrative Tasks: Check emails, write birthday cards, prep award ribbons, and reach out to students who&rsquo;ve missed a few classes.</li>
<li>7:30 PM: Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of the facility, ensuring all equipment and areas are sanitized, organized, and ready for the next day.</li>
<li>7:45 PM: Departure: Wrap up, check your email one last time, and clock out knowing you made a difference.</li>
