As a hairstylist student, you will be an integral part of the salon flow:<ul><li>
Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.</li><li>
Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).</li><li>
Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.</li><li>
Observe &amp; Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.</li><li>
Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.</li></ul>
