Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on outdoor construction projects, particularly in hardscaping, and possess a strong work ethic. This role involves assisting with the installation and maintenance of various hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of operating a range of tools and equipment to support project completion.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and layout of hardscape projects according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to install concrete, masonry, stonework, and other landscape features.</li><li>Perform tasks related to concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work including laying bricks, pavers, or tiles.</li><li>Support in excavation, grading, and site preparation for outdoor construction projects.</li><li>Assist with the installation of drainage systems, plumbing connections, electrical components, or other infrastructure as needed.</li><li>Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to quality standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean work area and properly care for tools and equipment used during projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in construction site work or outdoor landscaping preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with various construction techniques including concrete finishing, masonry, plastering, stucco application, roofing, framing carpentry, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, restoration work, glass installation, cabinet installation, caulking, trim carpentry, fabrication, and remodeling is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely.</li><li>Experience with construction management or estimating is a plus but not required.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods.</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred for site access or equipment operation. Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
</div><ul><li>Assist with and perform the installation of hardscape materials such as pavers, bricks, blocks, stone, and concrete elements with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Carry and move materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.</li>
<li>Perform digging, leveling, grading, and compacting of surfaces to meet project specifications.</li>
<li>Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other construction materials as required.</li>
<li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery (e.g., compactors, saws, and skid steers) safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Hardscape Foreman to understand and execute project plans.</li>
<li>Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.</li>
<li>Load and unload trucks and trailers, organizing tools and materials for job efficiency.</li>
<li>Mentor and assist less-experienced crew members when necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including tools, vehicles, and equipment.</li>
<li>Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure job site safety and quality.</li>
