  What You Bring

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering or comparable technical discipline
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven senior leadership experience with P&amp;L responsibility across large, complex project portfolios
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep understanding of power utility automation, digital solutions, and EPC-based business models
  </li>
  <li>
   Track record of leading multidisciplinary, cross-regional technical teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills at executive level
  </li>
  <li>
   Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PM@S, Six Sigma / Black Belt
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English &mdash; Arabic language skills are a significant asset
