The Product Owner will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate product strategy into actionable development plans. The role focuses on delivering high-impact features, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities: 
Product Delivery &amp; Execution<ul>
<li>Own and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas</li>
<li>Translate product strategy and requirements into well-defined user stories and specifications.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product releases.</li>
<li>Ensure clarity of scope, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes for development work.</li></ul>
Product Discovery &amp; Improvement<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Head of Product to identify opportunities for product improvements.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from internal teams, customers, and partners.</li>
<li>Analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization.</li>
<li>Participate in defining product enhancements and new feature initiatives.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Collaboration<ul>
<li>Work closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on priorities.</li>
<li>Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap items to relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding.</li></ul>
Product Quality &amp; Experience<ul>
<li>Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in feature validation and release readiness.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation and product knowledge across the team.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.</li><li>
Experience working with Agile / Scrum development teams.</li><li>
Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Experience working with digital platforms or B2B products.</li><li>
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B commerce platforms.</li><li>
Familiarity with product analytics tools.</li><li>
Ability to analyze product performance and user behavior.</li></ul></div>
